Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is recruiting a Manufacturing Operative for a busy production site in Tallington. You will operate production equipment, assemble and pack products, and move between departments to meet daily targets.

We seek reliable, hands-on individuals with previous manufacturing or warehouse experience, who can follow instructions safely and contribute to a clean, organized working environment on a rotating shift pattern (2:00pm–10:00pm / 6:00am–2:00pm).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Able to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Committed to Health & Safety.
• Flexible with multi-department roles.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures
• Work as part of a team and independently within a busy manufacturing environment
• Ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standards
• Carry out general operative duties across different departments
• Completing assembly work accurately and efficiently
• Palletising large components ready for storage or dispatch
• Picking and packing small parts accurately against documented bills and instructions
• Moving between departments and supporting different areas of production as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following company procedures and production instructions at all times
