Job summary

Paddock in Northampton is seeking a Manual Operator to join our Advanced Manufacturing Centre. You will contribute to producing components to the company standard in the most efficient, cost-effective way.

The role involves loading the line, finishing parts, washing, packing and dispatch prep to customer specification, with attention to quality and safety. A team player with good communication and a readiness to learn is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable engineering workshop experience.
• Able to work from clear engineering work instructions.
• Excellent time-keeping.
• Mass production work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load the line and support finishing, washing, packing and dispatch preparation to specification.
• Conduct critical review of parts to prevent substandard items leaving the line.
• Package parts to documented standards and ensure timely delivery.
• Work as part of a team with strong communication and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
