Job summary

• Demonstratable engineering workshop experience.
• Able to work from clear engineering work instructions.
• Excellent time-keeping.
• Mass production work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load line, finish components, wash, pack and dispatch to customer specification.
• Complete operations per training matrix and documentation within allocated times.
• Critically review parts and documentation to identify substandard items before dispatch.
• Package parts to the documented standard and meet delivery dates.
• Be a good team player with excellent communication and high attention to detail.
• Display aptitude for improvement, cleanliness and structured working environment.
• Willing to learn new skills and stay flexible across the working day.
• Consider health, safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
• Support UK GDPR and Data Protection Act compliance by following policy and best practice.
