Job summary

Knights Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operative on the outskirts of Oakham to join a fast-paced production team. You will ensure products are manufactured to high quality standards and work with colleagues to meet daily targets while upholding safety and efficiency.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not essential; training will be provided, with emphasis on operating machinery, quality checks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
