Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Production Assembler for a growing manufacturer of high-quality LED reading lights for Aerospace, Maritime and Commercial interiors. You will assemble lighting products to a high standard, follow AS9100, and perform electrical testing as part of the production process.

This permanent full-time role offers an immediate start, a 41.5-hour work week (Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-16:00), and a salary of £29,500.

Qualifications

• Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is a bonus).
• Excellent attention to detail and a "quality first" mindset.
• Computer literacy to support working processes.
• Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
• Comfortable completing electrical testing accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a range of lighting products using detailed instructions, to a very high standard.
• Carry out work in line with AS9100 requirements.
• Complete electrical assembly tasks (electrical assembly experience is preferable).
• Perform electrical testing checks as part of the production process.
• Work closely with the team to keep output consistent and quality high.
