This role is a hands-on position involving precision assembly, following detailed work instructions, and careful handling of delicate components to ensure quality, traceability and right‑first‑time results in a clean, production‑ready environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics precision or high-tech assembly.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience handling small, delicate components.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Understanding of ESD control.
• Experience with BOMs and controlled production documents.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Right‑first‑time mentality.

Responsibilities

• Build complex electronic and detector systems to exacting standards.
• Follow detailed Work Instructions to assemble components.
• Handle delicate, high‑value electronic components with care.
• Work with BOMs, travellers and controlled documentation.
• Adhere to ESD and contamination control procedures.
• Record build activity in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure correct kitting of components.
• Identify and report issues or deviations; support production improvements.
• Help develop and improve Work Instructions.
