Qualifications

• 6 months in manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, organised and deadline-driven
• Flexible to overtime and shifts
• Able to travel to Kilmarnock site
• Experience with quality-controlled manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of production best practices
• Experience following standard operating procedures

Responsibilities

• Operate label applicator equipment in line with company procedures and safety standards.
• Meet production targets and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Follow all operating instructions, workflows and quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks and report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and business objectives.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Undertake overtime as required to support business needs.
