Job summary

Eurostampa UK in Cumbernauld, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Flexographic Print Operator to operate and maintain printing presses, ensuring safe, efficient production of high‑quality labels for leading brands. The role involves meeting production targets, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement within the PSL Print Department.

You will work a rotating treble shift pattern (36 hours per week), overseeing press set-ups, quality inspections and maintenance while collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience operating flexographic printing presses.
• Strong understanding of print quality standards and processes.
• Experience with press set-ups, changeovers and wash-ups.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork.
• Commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses to job specs and production schedules.
• Monitor print quality and carry out inspections during runs.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime and maintain records.
• Provide guidance and support to Print Assistants and colleagues.
• Carry out routine press care and planned maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and comply with ISO standards.
