Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology in the UK is seeking a Grinder / Threadmill Operator to perform manual machining, including threadmill operation and cylindrical shaft grinding. You will deburr screwsets, inspect finished parts, and ensure process control while following health and safety codes.

You will learn other manual machining skills, participate in continuous improvement, and support EHS activities. A time-served manufacturing apprenticeship or equivalent is preferred, with strong numeracy and

Qualifications

• Time served apprenticeship in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Knowledge of reading manufacturing drawings and tolerances.
• Experience with turning, grinding and milling operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Threadmill machines and other future equipment.
• Deburr screwsets and match idlers/rotors.
• Setup and operate cylindrical grinders and small surface grinder.
• Inspect parts against drawings and requirements.
• Maintain machine efficiency and perform safety duties.
• Participate in EHS activities and continuous improvement.
