Job summary

Arden White is recruiting for a Goods-In Receiver based in Woking on a contract basis. You will manage goods receipt processes, check and record deliveries, and ensure accurate booking into ERP/MRP systems.

The role supports fast-paced engineering operations and requires collaboration with purchasing, quality and production teams. The position is on-site in Woking, with full-time hours for a two-month contract starting in October 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods receiving, stores or warehouse roles.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, motorsport or aerospace environments is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, parts and materials into the business.
• Check deliveries against orders and documentation.
• Inspect items for accuracy, damage or shortages.
• Log goods into ERP/MRP/stock systems.
• Label and store items in correct locations.
• Coordinate with purchasing, stores and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Support stock accuracy and complete goods-in transactions.
• Assist with internal material movement as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe goods-in area.
• Follow internal procedures and health & safety standards.
