Job summary

Green & Fortune Ltd. is seeking a Goods Receiver for Rose Court in London. You will ensure accurate receiving of food, beverage and equipment orders, distribute items to kitchens or storages, and help maintain tidy goods-in and back-of-house areas.

Work closely with events sales and operations teams, assist monthly stocktakes, monitor stock levels, and report shortages. We value reliability, teamwork and strong relationships with facilities and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in goods receiving or stock control preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check food, beverage and equipment orders and distribute to kitchens or storages.
• Check stock levels and report shortages to the appropriate department manager and suppliers.
• Distribute received goods across sites and prepare goods for collection.
• Maintain goods-in and back-of-house areas and ensure logistics equipment is clean and functional.
• Work closely with events sales team and events operations managers.
• Assist with monthly stocktakes on the last working day of the month.
• Inspect logistics equipment and report any findings.
• Maintain good relations with facilities and security.
