Responsibilities

• Assemble components and build customer-specific gas analyzers and associated systems.
• Install sub-assemblies, electrical components, tubing, and piping within analyzer systems.
• Configure and test analyzer systems and document results accurately.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform functional, performance, environmental, and long-term testing activities.
• Verify analyzer performance and document test results accurately.
• Identify and communicate observations, issues, and improvement opportunities to the production team.
• Create and maintain manufacturing and testing documentation.
• Prepare finished equipment for shipment to customers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Emerson's trade compliance procedures and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support business priorities.
