You will perform precision assembly to exacting standards, handle delicate components, and maintain rigorous documentation while following ESD control procedures. The role emphasizes right-first-time quality and close collaboration with warehousing and production teams.

Qualifications

• Previous electronics, precision or high-tech assembly experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience handling small, delicate components and following detailed technical instructions.
• Understanding of ESD control and BOMs or controlled production documents.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining traceable records.
• Right-first-time mentality and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of complex electronic and detector systems according to Work Instructions.
• Handle delicate, high-value components with care.
• Maintain and reference BOMs, travellers and controlled documentation.
• Follow ESD and contamination-control procedures.
• Record build activity in the ERP system and ensure proper kitting in collaboration with Warehouse.
• Identify deviations and support technical queries and production improvements.
• Contribute to developing and improving Work Instructions.
• Keep the assembly area clean, organised and production-ready.
