Job summary

Mirion Technologies in Warrington is seeking an Assembly and Test Technician to join a customer-focused delivery team. You will assemble, integrate and test standard and bespoke measurement systems, supporting builds through to testing and delivery.

The role requires practical assembly and testing experience, with a mix of mechanical, electrical and testing skills, and an interest in technically advanced systems within a highly regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly and testing background.
• Experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to follow detailed drawings and test documentation.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical and electrical assembly, including wiring and panel building.
• Completing system testing activities, including Electrical Safety testing.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repair work.
• Working from drawings, build instructions and test schedules.
• Documenting builds and changes with build instructions.
• Ensuring work meets predefined quality standards in a regulated environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet customer requirements.
• Mentoring junior team members when needed.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Occasional short visits to other sites.
