Job summary

A Stroud-based precision assembly role is available with Adecco Group UK & Ireland. The position focuses on coil winding, fine assembly, hand soldering and quality inspection of electrical components.

You will read engineering drawings, assemble small components with high accuracy, and maintain data records. Training is provided and a pathway to permanent employment exists after a temporary period.

Responsibilities

• Coil winding to customer specifications and drawings.
• Assemble small, intricate components to required quality standards.
• Hand soldering wires, cables, connectors and electrical components.
• Soldering and crimping wires and connectors with specialist tooling.
• Apply tapes, insulating materials and specialist resins.
• Carry out product testing and quality inspections per requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
