Job summary

Hunters 4 Staff are recruiting an experienced CNC Turner to join a well-established engineering company in Staffordshire, supplying precision components to aerospace and automotive sectors. This permanent night shift role offers excellent earning potential and the chance to work on high-quality projects.

You'll program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled lathes, read engineering drawings, perform first-off inspections, and help maintain quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Time-served CNC Turner with proven experience
• Experience programming and setting Fanuc-controlled lathes
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Ability to work independently on night shifts

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes
• Produce precision components to exact specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation
• Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks
• Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality
• Ensure work is completed safely and in line with procedures
