Hudson Shribman seeks a skilled CNC Turner for its Bedfordshire workshop. You will set, program and run CNC lathes to manufacture high-spec, precision components across automotive and aerospace sectors. A strong team player with attention to quality is essential.

Administering regular overtime supports career growth in a stable, expanding company with a focus on development and long-term opportunities. This is an onsite role with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Read technical drawings using CAD/CAM tools.
• Extensive turning experience is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Organisational skills and forward-thinking approach.
• Desirable experience with CMM.

Responsibilities

• Program (offline using CAD/CAM), set up and run CNC turning machinery.
• Ensure consistent quality of components.
• Meet delivery dates and internal milestones.
