Alloyed is a young venture‑funded company building advanced metal components from our HQ in the UK with global reach. We seek a skilled CNC Operator to configure and run CNC machines, ensure tight tolerances, and maintain equipment through routine servicing.

You will document production, support quality control, and work closely with engineers on process improvements. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and set up CNC machines according to specifications, loading tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Operate CNC machines while maintaining tolerances and performing first-off inspection to drawing requirements.
• Identify deviations or defects and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality control to establish QA procedures and report issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including calibration, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve malfunctions or programming errors.
• Maintain accurate records of setup parameters, tooling data, and production logs.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors and engineers regarding production status and issues.
