Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs, including loading materials, tool selection, and programming machine parameters.
• Operation: Operate CNC machines to perform milling, turning, drilling, and grinding to produce parts according to drawings and specs.
• Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks and make adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
• Tool Management: Maintain tool inventory and replace worn tools.
• Safety: Follow PPE and safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Documentation: Record production data and complete logs.
• Problem-Solving: Address machining issues, tool wear, or programming errors.
• Communication: Collaborate with team to meet production schedules.
