Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a CNC Miller - Setter-Operator for a six-month on-site role in Bristol. The successful candidate will set up and operate 3/4/5 axis milling machines using Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls to produce parts to drawings and process requirements.

The role emphasizes precision, strict adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. You may work across multiple sites and shifts as needed to support production targets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3/4/5 axis CNC milling machines.
• Produce high-complexity components to drawings and specs.
• Adhere to quality standards and SQDCP requirements.
• Attend area meetings and communicate NRFT where applicable.
• Assist in 5S improvements and ensure correct materials and route cards are used.
