You will read engineering drawings, check finished parts to spec, and collaborate with the engineering team. Essential experience includes CNC milling setting and operation in precision environments, while Desirable experience

Qualifications

• CNC milling setting and operating experience.
• Experience working within precision engineering environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable approach to work.
• BPSS clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Preparing machines and completing setups to meet production requirements.
• Producing precision-engineered components to required specifications.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Checking finished components to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments where required.
• Working independently on machines with minimal supervision.
• Collaborating with the wider engineering team when required.
