Qualifications

• Experience as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer in an automotive or accident repair setting.
• Confidence using paint materials, spray equipment and refinishing techniques.
• A strong awareness of health, safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refinishing vehicle panels using recognised paint processes.
• Apply colour accurately and consistently to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Work closely with Panel and MET colleagues to keep repairs moving smoothly.
• Maintain safe, tidy working practices and high quality standards.
