Solus is seeking a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer to restore vehicles to first-class condition, handling preparation through to final finish with careful attention to detail and safe working practices.

You will apply colour accurately, collaborate with panel and MET teams, and maintain high-quality standards in a hands-on role within a leading UK bodyshop network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive paint environments and a professional approach to the trade.
• Confidence using paint materials, spray equipment and refinishing techniques.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and refinishing vehicle panels using recognised paint processes.
• Applying colour accurately and consistently to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Working closely with Panel and MET colleagues to keep repairs moving smoothly.
• Maintaining safe, tidy working practices and high quality standards.
