Job summary

Solus, part of the Aviva group, is recruiting a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer in the United Kingdom. You will handle preparation through final finish, applying colours accurately and maintaining high-quality standards to return vehicles to customers in first-class condition.

You will collaborate with colleagues to keep repairs moving smoothly, adhere to health and safety requirements, and contribute to an inclusive, team-based culture within Solus.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer in automotive or accident repair.
• Confidence using paint materials, spray equipment and refinishing techniques.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and quality expectations.

The role

As a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer, you’ll play a key role in returning vehicles to customers in first‑class condition. From preparation through to final finish, you’ll use your technical ability and attention to detail to produce work you’re proud to put your name to.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and refinishing vehicle panels using recognised paint processes
• Applying colour accurately and consistently to achieve a high‑quality finish
• Working closely with Panel and MET colleagues to keep repairs moving smoothly

Qualifications
