Qualifications

• Experience working as a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer in automotive or accident repair.
• Confidence using paint materials, spray equipment and refinishing techniques.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and refinishing vehicle panels using recognised paint processes.
• Applying colour accurately and consistently to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Working closely with Panel and MET colleagues to keep repairs moving smoothly.
• Maintaining safe, tidy working practices and high quality standards.
