Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Production Operator to assemble finished goods to customer orders, while maintaining required quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced production environment.

You will report to the Production Manager, follow Standard Work and 5S housekeeping, and participate in cross-training across different production areas as outlined in the Production Training Matrix. The role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement aligned to customer delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Nimble / dextrous at manual assembly.
• Able to understand assembly drawings and related production documentation.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn from constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Customer obsessed – Production of finished goods to required targets – OTD / EPPM.
• Build extraordinary teams – active and engaged member of the team, communicates well and provides improvement ideas.
• Skills awards – Deliver results – keep production below the defined acceptable level of internal and external quality issues.
• Lead with RBS – follows Standard Work & 5S housekeeping and provides feedback for process improvement opportunities.
