The Best Connection in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assembly Operative to join our growing production team in Brough. You will assemble products to the required quality standards and within set timescales.

This hands-on role suits someone with good English and maths, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer full training, a site-based role, and opportunities to contribute to a cooperative team.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and Maths (written and verbal).
• Ability to follow written instructions and processes accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good hand dexterity and eye-to-hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products to a high-quality standard using SOPs.
• Carry out in-process quality inspections.
• Bag and package products in line with documentation.
• Read and understand drawings, manufacturing instructions, process documentation, and specifications.
• Operate relevant machinery, including semi-automated equipment where required.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support the wider production team and carry out other duties as reasonably requested.
