Job summary

Exciting Assembly Operator role based near Havant, UK. Join a cooperative manufacturing team and contribute to assembling parts on the line, following strict drawings and specifications.

You will inspect outputs for defects, support quality and safety, and help maintain a clean, efficient production area. Working hours rotate: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, with ongoing training and growth opportunities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience on an assembly line and manual assembly techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and adherence to specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet cycle targets.

Responsibilities

• Work on the assembly line within cleanrooms to combine parts and components.
• Inspect products and report defects to ensure only compliant items proceed.
• Build products on the line according to technical drawings or schematics.
• Move materials between workstations and maintain a tidy cleanroom.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules at all times.
