We are expanding our solutions team within Cloud & Applications, focusing on Data & AI, Developer Experience, and Cloud platforms. We seek an exceptional AI Pre-Sales Solution Leader to join us as we aim to become Europe's leading independent IT service provider, helping customers operationalize AI and leverage data effectively.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Solution Leader, you will collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists to win customer trust, understand their needs in AI, and support their journey with Computacenter's Professional Services. You will build lasting relationships with some of the world's largest organizations.

What you'll do
  • Share your expertise in Data & AI to help clients manage, modernize, and monetize their AI ecosystems.
  • Work independently and with sales teams to identify and develop complex AI transformation opportunities.
  • Position industry-leading technologies alongside our core services and solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand and articulate strategic and technical plans.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as an internal AI expert and advocate for our Cloud & Applications propositions.
  • Support growth targets for the Cloud & Applications Solution Area.
  • Represent customer voice in internal forums and contribute to service development.
  • Engage with partners and industry events, and act as a technical escalation point.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Influence proposition development and strategy within the broader Cloud & Applications area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights and access solutions.
What you'll need
  • Recent hands-on experience building AI systems for enterprise organizations.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable Data and AI architectures.
  • Experience managing customer relationships from a technical perspective.
  • Proven ability to sell innovative AI solutions.
  • A collaborative team player eager to succeed with colleagues.
