Join us to drive transformation tailored to our clients' challenges of today and tomorrow.

Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Your Role:

As a Consultant in our ET&U business, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering on our strategy and continuing our growth trajectory.

You’ll demonstrate core consulting skills in both client and internal contexts, model our values, and contribute significantly to the success of your engagements. You will have a collaborative approach underpinned by clear, structured thinking, relevant methodologies, intellectual curiosity, client engagement skills, and a focus on outcomes. You’ll show drive, commitment, ownership, and teamwork.

In this role you will:
  1. Be a key part of high-performing teams working on challenging problems, collaborating with colleagues from Capgemini Invent, the Capgemini Group, our Alliance Partners, and our Clients’ capabilities.
  2. Work on varied engagements, such as building energy networks for energy transition, addressing fuel poverty and energy theft, energy market design, transforming client businesses, and large energy construction projects.
  3. Take responsibility in client-facing work, internal contributions, and business growth activities.
  4. Learn and grow in your consulting career, building skills, knowledge, network, and leadership capabilities.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to the business and your personal growth through:

  • Business Development: contributing to proposals, bids, and client pitches.
  • Internal Contributions: campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and activities.
  • Learning & Development: training, certifications, and career support.
Your Profile:

You’ll be a consultant in a recognized firm seeking to grow through purposeful work, within a vibrant and driven team in the growing UK energy sector. You’ll exhibit Capgemini Invent’s DNA—curiosity, high-quality work, performance mindset, collaboration, and ownership.

You should be capable of building leadership qualities to gain trust from clients and stakeholders and have a genuine interest or experience in the Energy Transition and Utilities Sector, covering areas like Energy Retail, Networks, Markets, Nuclear, Water, Oil & Gas.

What you’ll love about working here:
  • Working on complex, interesting challenges in a high-performing team.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth through diverse projects and training.
  • Global team environment with talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Additional Information:

We promote flexible working arrangements, support wellbeing with trained champions and apps, and are committed to social impact and ethical practices. While based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow, flexibility for assignments is required.

Our remuneration package includes flexible benefits and performance-related bonuses.
