Databricks is seeking a Manager, Field Engineering (Data and AI) to lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects across the UK&I, focusing on Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods. You will mentor and scale the team, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with Sales to advance platform adoption.

You will report to the Director, Field Engineering and partner with Marketing to expand brand presence in the region while leveraging AI to enhance workflows and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales leader role
• Experience in a customer-facing role across the UK&I
• Experience in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies
• Experience in complex strategic accounts

Responsabilités

• Lead hiring, onboarding and building the Pre-Sales Solutions Architect team.
• Scale the designated team without sacrificing quality when required.
• Use AI to improve day-to-day workflows and scale team output.
• Engage directly with key customer stakeholders to accelerate projects and decisions.
• Build Databricks' brand in UK&I in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams.
