Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with bid responses, working with product, development, and portfolio teams.
• Configure, build, and demonstrate NEC Safety products.
• Interpret demonstration scenarios to design product configurations.
• Demonstrate NEC Safety portfolio functionalities in support of sales and account management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for product questions during the sales process.
• Understand associated Safety products like control rooms, policing, evidence management, biometrics, and managed services.

Qualifications:

• Presales experience or proven presentation capabilities, preferably with public sector customers.
• Knowledge of the Safety business sector.
• Experience with Control Rooms, Operational Policing, Evidence Management/Data Analytics, or Managed Services.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the Public Safety market.
• Understanding of customer requirements in the Public Safety sector.
• Government security clearance.
• Understanding of government and safety environment drivers.
• Market awareness and competitive analysis skills.
• Ability to interact with high-level managers and officers.
• Customer retention and satisfaction focus.
• Ability to deliver complex demonstrations under deadlines.
• Support for proposal preparation and follow-up.
