Overview

NECSWS is seeking a Presales professional with expertise in the Public Safety sector, including Police, Fire, Ambulance, or Transport. Experience in product demonstrations and tender responses is essential.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist sales with bid responses, collaborating with product, development, and portfolio teams.
• Configure, build, and demonstrate NEC Safety products.
• Design product configurations for customer demonstrations based on scenarios.
• Demonstrate NEC Safety portfolio functionalities for sales and account management.
• Serve as a product subject matter expert internally and externally.
• Understand Safety product offerings like control rooms, policing, evidence management, biometrics, and managed services.

Qualifications:

• Presales experience or proven presentation skills, preferably in the private or public sectors.
• Knowledge of the Safety industry.
• Experience with Control Rooms, Operational Policing, Evidence Management/Data Analytics, or Managed Services.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the Public Safety market.
• Understanding of government security and safety environments.
• Security clearance is advantageous.
• Ability to interact with high-level managers and officers.
• Customer retention focus and high customer satisfaction.
• Adaptability to different demonstration situations and deadlines.
• Support for proposal preparations and post-demo follow-up.
• Represent NEC capabilities internally and externally.
