Presales Consultant - SaaS
Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
£40,000 - £50,000 base

Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing global SaaS company, known for its comprehensive suite of cloud-based tools that power digital transformation for some of the UK's most recognisable brands. With a strong presence in the UK and an enviable client list spanning automotive, media, healthcare and sports, this is a business making serious moves in the tech space.

They're now looking for a Presales Consultant to join their expanding UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who's passionate about tech and looking to gain exposure across sales, marketing, product and partnerships teams within a globally successful organisation.

The Role:

As a Presales Consultant, you'll play a key role in the sales cycle - helping prospects understand the value and capability of the platform, and ensuring they have everything they need to make an informed decision.

  • Support new business efforts across the UK, working closely with sales and marketing teams

  • Deliver product demos, presentations and workshops to prospects

  • Assist with RFIs, RFPs and proof of concepts

  • Collaborate with internal product teams to stay on top of feature releases and updates

  • Act as a technical expert on CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Champion the voice of the customer and help shape the sales approach

You:
  • 1-4 years of experience in a presales, technical consulting or solutions role (ideally in SaaS or IT)

  • Comfortable translating customer needs into technical solutions

  • Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for how things work - coding knowledge a bonus

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

  • Previous experience in CRM or marketing software is highly desirable

  • Must be within commutable distance of Milton Keynes and have full right to work in the UK
