Job summary

Holt Engineering are seeking an experienced Pre Preg Laminator to join a specialist composites manufacturing team. You will work with pre-preg materials to produce high-quality components to exact specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Reading technical drawings and lay-up schedules, you will prepare moulds, tooling and materials, perform vacuum bagging and curing steps, and finish parts to specification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Pre Preg Laminator
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes
• Experience with vacuum bagging and curing processes
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Flexibility to support overtime when required
