Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Composite Laminator or Mould Maker for a busy, expanding composites manufacturer in Poole. The role involves laminating, mould making and producing high-quality tooling, patterns and moulds from technical drawings and specifications.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in composite laminating and mould making.
• Strong experience with traditional wet lay laminating techniques.
• Experience working with GRP, carbon fibre and composite core materials.
• Good vacuum bagging experience.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The Role

Composite Laminator / Mould Maker – Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Composite Laminator / Mould Maker to join a busy and growing composites manufacturer.

If you have a strong background in composite laminating and mould making, and enjoy producing high-quality tooling, patterns and moulds, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

The Role You'll be involved in the manufacture of high-quality composite patterns and moulds, working from technical drawings and specifications to produce precision components for a range of industries.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work both independently and as part of a skilled team, with plenty of variety across different projects.
