Job summary

Holt Engineering is seeking an experienced Pre Preg Laminator to join a specialist composites manufacturing team in the United Kingdom. You will laminate using pre-preg materials, read technical drawings, and prepare moulds and tooling for production.

You will perform vacuum bagging, assist curing, trim parts to specification, and conduct quality checks. The role offers long-term stability, overtime opportunities, and a supportive environment within a professional factory setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pre Preg Laminator.
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes.
• Experience with vacuum bagging and curing processes.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexibility to support overtime when required.
