Qualifications

• Experience in construction/building envelope and related environments.
• Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical information.
• Proven skill translating complex information into clear design/delivery requirements.
• Experience reviewing CAD files and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and technical drawings.
• Analyse detailed enquiry information and project requirements.
• Translate complex technical information into clear requirements for design and delivery teams.
• Interface between clients, customers and internal design team.
• Review technical specifications and identify key project requirements.
• Review CAD files and detailed drawing packages.
• Identify technical issues and design considerations.
• Support pre-construction from enquiry to design development.
• Collaborate with design, estimating and commercial teams.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical input.
