Job summary

Rotec is seeking an experienced Technical Pre-Construction / Technical Coordinator to own the technical process from enquiry through design development to delivery. You will interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and ensure accurate, coordinated information across the team.

Ideal candidates have a strong construction technical background, experience with building envelope systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specs and technical information.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, design teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings and specifications and interpret technical information.
• Coordinate drawings, revisions, approvals and submissions.
• Act as the technical interface between clients and internal design teams.
• Support pre-construction and project delivery with accurate technical outputs.
• Coordinate offshore design resources and freelance designers.
• Ensure technical information is controlled and aligned with commercial requirements.
