Job summary
The Clancy Group is seeking an experienced pre-construction supervisor to lead early project work for water mainlaying schemes across Kent, East & West Sussex. You will translate design concepts into buildable solutions, identify risks early and help drive projects from concept to construction in collaboration with clients and delivery teams.
A full UK driving licence and NEC4 contract experience are essential, with daily travel to our Dartford office.
Qualifications
- Experience in water, wastewater or utilities sector.
- Understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing.
- Ability to work in live operational environments.
- Full UK driving licence; daily travel to Dartford office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate main laying projects across Kent, East & West Sussex, ensuring schemes are planned and ready for construction.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, site managers and supervisors to develop practical buildable solutions.
- Prepare work packs, delivery programmes, street work permits and construction documentation.
- Attend start-up and stakeholder meetings to validate designs and ensure safe, efficient delivery.
- Monitor progress through pre-construction and provide updates to stakeholders.
