Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administration for construction projects.
• Ability to liaise with service providers, contractors and tenants.
• Familiar with CDM Regulations 2015 compliance.
• Strong data entry and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction administration for New Build projects.
• Oversee insurance exposures and utility application processes.
• Coordinate schedules with service providers and contractors.
• Prepare operating manuals and PPE/training monitoring systems.
• Process invoices and maintain records for Minor Works programme.
