Job summary

Onshore Technical is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to play a key role in the gas infrastructure sector in the UK. This position can be either contract or permanent and is suited for someone with over 10 years of contractor-side experience in gas construction. Candidates will lead bid activities and develop delivery strategies while working closely with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience within the UK high-pressure gas sector.
• Strong contractor-side background in gas construction and civils projects.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders and pre-construction delivery.
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and programme requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bid and tender activities across gas infrastructure projects.
• Manage tender timelines, deliverables and submission requirements.
• Develop project programmes from first principles.
• Produce NEC4-compliant tender programmes.
