About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our Construction (Building) Division in Glasgow. This role is crucial for strategic planning and management of projects during the pre-construction phase, from RIBA Stage 1 to 4, with support into Stages 5 and 6 as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) activities to ensure successful project setup
• Lead and coordinate pre-construction activities with design, commercial, operational, and client teams
• Contribute to traditional tendering processes and bid management strategies
• Develop and manage pre-construction programmes aligned with project goals and client expectations
• Ensure cost control, budget management, and risk assessment in collaboration with estimating and commercial teams
• Promote innovation and sustainability, integrating modern methods of construction and industry best practices

Essential Criteria

• Extensive experience in pre-construction project management within the construction industry
