Due to a number of significant contract awards, our client, a well-regarded civil engineering contractor based in Glasgow with a low staff turnover, has a current requirement for Pre Construction Manager. This pivotal role involves managing the preconstruction phase of various high-profile projects, ensuring meticulous planning, programming, and coordination to achieve successful project outcomes.

Your duties as Pre Construction Manager will include:

1. Leading the preconstruction phase for a variety of civil engineering projects
2. Developing, managing, and monitoring project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
3. Collaborating with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive project planning
4. Ensuring preconstruction activities align with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations
5. Overseeing risk management, value engineering, and technical reviews during the preconstruction phase
6. Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate schedules and ensure project readiness
