With the continued expansion of our award-winning technical services business, Sudlows, working throughout the UK, with a growing portfolio of projects, have a fantastic opportunity for a Pre‑construction Manager to join our successful business, wishing to develop their career in the field of mission critical engineering services. The position would be a great opportunity for the candidate to progress their professional career and development, leading the pre‑construction phase of our data centre opportunities, working alongside a dedicated pre‑construction team with support from senior management within our wider critical infrastructure team.

Role Purpose

As part of the Tier II Sudlows Critical Infrastructures Team, you will work within the Critical Infrastructures business, supporting in the enquiry / bid phase and leading the pre‑construction phase of our Tier II projects alongside the Head of Projects and wider pre‑construction support teams. You will be working on Projects with values up to £10m.

Working with the latest data centre technologies, you will work on award winning projects as part of a forward‑thinking and motivated pre‑construction team.
