This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who thrives on building client relationships, developing winning solutions and leading the pre-construction process on complex highway maintenance, improvement and infrastructure schemes across the UK.
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will take ownership of the entire pre-construction process, leading bid and tender activities whilst ensuring projects are fully developed, competitively priced and operationally deliverable before being handed over to delivery teams.
You will be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders, managing client relationships, driving value engineering initiatives and ensuring all submissions are completed to the highest standard.
You will be an experienced construction or infrastructure professional with a proven track record of leading pre-construction activities on complex projects.
You'll possess strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
