Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cambridge is seeking a Construction Estimator to join a Tier 1 pre-construction team. You will produce accurate element-by-element cost plans and first-principle estimates for schemes up to 150m, and quantify drawings and BIM to build detailed cost breakdowns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an Estimating role within a main contractor environment.
• Proficient in Excel and estimating software; able to quantify from drawings and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Take-off drawings, schedules, and BIM to develop cost breakdown structures.
• Prepare element-by-element cost plans and first-principle estimates up to 150m.
• Issue and scope subcontractor packages and support value engineering.
• Assist during mid-tender reviews and client risk meetings.
• Manage tender documentation and pricing databases; support handover to delivery teams.
