Job summary

Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited is seeking an Assistant Estimator for a permanent role in Norwich. The position focuses on assisting with tender cost plans, BoQs, take-offs, and cost reporting within JCT D&B frameworks.

You will join a growing pre-contract team under an experienced mentor and support a busy tender pipeline on multiple projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in estimating, a construction-related degree, and familiarity with Excel; Conquest experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND/HNC in a construction-related subject.
• Excel and Conquest software knowledge desired.
• Experience with cost plans and tenders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing cost plans and pricing of tenders under JCT D&B forms of contract.
• Assist with producing BoQs, take-offs, full cost plans, and target cost reporting; occasional pre-construction surveying duties.
