Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, cost plans, budgets and negotiated bids.
• Produce detailed bills of quantities and issue tender enquiries.
• Analyse tender returns for compliance, scope and terms.
• Support supplier and subcontractor assessments and cost checks.
