Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our East London office and report to the Commercial Director. The role involves preparing robust time and cost estimates for enquiries across high-value contracts and frameworks.

You will price a diverse range of opportunities in sectors including schools, universities, healthcare, bespoke builds and warehouses, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring competitive submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estimator or Tendering professional in construction.
• Pricing long-term service contracts and framework agreements.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent commercial awareness with focus on cost efficiency and risk.
• Proficient IT skills and MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract submissions.
• Organisational and multi-deadline project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operational and Commercial teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site assessments, specs, and terms.
• Manage multiple tenders and enquiries to meet deadlines.
• Keep estimating, pipeline, and reporting systems up to date.
• Analyse enquiries to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships with existing clients and develop new business.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the tender process.
